Andre is a photographer working in architecture. He possesses a foundational love for the medium of photography.
Shortly after gaining an undergraduate degree in 2021, Andre decided to pursue photography. In the next years he spent time working at Latitude Chicago, a printlab and education space. Here he developed a comprehensive love for the photographic process from idea to final print.
Beginning as an architectural photography apprentice in March of 2023, Andre remained dedicated to discovering his understanding of, and style within architectural photography. It should be noted that his love for architecture was always influenced by Andre’s father, John, who is an architect. It is through this relationship that an understanding of the two mediums’ natural kinship was discovered and further challenged.
Andre is a photographer first and believes if the medium is respected, it can yield moving imagery of architecture and design.
